Iron man signs for Bluebirds
Last updated at 16:27, Friday, 27 February 2009
BARROW AFC this morning took Scunthorpe United left winger/striker Peter Winn on a one-month emergency loan deal.
The 20-year-old goes straight into tomorrow’s squad to face Northwich Victoria, a club whom Winn had a loan spell with earlier this season.
Winn — who was a goalkeeper on his youth team induction day at Scunthorpe — has made four first-team appearances for the Iron.
He stands at 6ft tall and can play both out wide on the left and up front.
